setting up our organic vegetable garden

Phase 1

Phase 1

We’re really doing it……

This weekend we setup phase 1 of our organic garden, using the EarthBox we planted broccoli, spinach and red leaf lettuce.  We also created a terraced pot with 8 strawberry plants.  We were sure to use only the best organic potting soil and fertilizers; the earthbox was simple to setup.

It felt great to plant our future meals and doing so gave us so many ideas about how to duplicate the earthbox technology so that we can increase our plantings while decreasing the expense of buying multiple earthbox kits.

Hi, Kari — Good for you! I agree wholeheartedly — there is nothing quite like the feeling of satisfaction that comes from nurturing your own food from the soil. Especially when you know you are using the healthiest methods available for you and your family. May your organic garden continue to grow, and best of health to you and your family! Thank you for sharing your “adventure” with us!
