Molly watches intently as we trim the broccoli leaves

We’ll we asked, “what’s going on with our broccoli” and Mother Nature answered! After trimming the large broccoli leaves (and sauteing them with a little oil and garlic for a delicious organic side dish), we saw her! Right there in the center of the stalks, hiding slightly behind some new leaves – a recognizable broccoli head. She’s tiny, but she’s there! Now if someone can tell us how big it has to get before we can pick it…
