viva la vintage: mod kitchen

by Kari on February 4, 2009

As an interior designer, I’m always on the hunt for unique pieces – furniture, fabric, accessories…I love mixing vintage with new to create warm, modern environments. Using vintage pieces is like recycling, and it adds character and charm sometimes missing from brand, spankin’ new stuff. I thought I’d share some of my favorite weekly finds that you can add to your home. These kitchen accessories all have a great “mod”vibe. I just might have to snatch up the salt and pepper shakers myself :)

Hi Kari,

Cool blog site! I’m going to forward the viva la vintage on to my friend because I think she’ll dig it too.

My Dad is starting an organic soil company. Maybe once it’s up an running you’ll want to add a link or a blurb or whatever you do about it. It seems like it would be a good fit.

Hope you are well.

xo
